A recognised refurbishment and planned maintenance contractor are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Manager, after securing a number of frameworks in the south of London.
The frameworks involved are all based planned maintenance schemes, largely external fabric repairs. The Senior Contracts Manager will be required to direct and manager a team of Contracts Manager, ultimately ensuring all works are carried out in a timely fashion, to the required standard, with a minimal impact to the numerous tenants.
To be considered for this role, it is essential the Senior Contracts Manager has experience in external fabric repairs, possibly coming from a painting background. It is preferable this experience working with a recognised contractor specialising in planned maintenance, for example decent homes schemes. The Senior Contracts Manager must also have excellent communication skills, in regards to managing on site staff and in reporting to the board of Directors.
