My client is looking to add a junior land and measured building surveyor to their busy team in Sutton. They are looking to take someone on board on either a long-term contract or on a permanent basis.
To apply for this role you will need at least 3 years experience working as a land and measured building surveyor, preferably with some surveying qualifications. You must have a good knowledge of all survey topics and be competent enough to manage all aspects of small and medium sized projects. You will need to be proficient in AutoCAD and able to lead a team of 2-3 more junior/assistant surveyors.
Ideal, but not essential, is experience in utility surveying and laser scanning.
