An internationally aspirational business requires the services of an M&E Building Services Manager to work on a permanent basis managing a £30M program consisting of several projects.
As the Building Services Manager you will be responsible for the M&E aspects of implementation, delivering and managing PPM programs and projects.
As a core member of the team you will ensure projects and services are delivered through the organisation's trusted agents, consultants and contractors to appropriate standards. Additionally you will monitor and manage team performance effectively.
Knowledge of public sector, especially schools, educational establishments and an understanding of NEC projects and experience is preferable. Additionally, candidates will need to be CIBSE chartered (Full Member) with a engineering degree or relevant industry experience.
