Intermediate Quantity Surveyor required for permanent position, based in Oxfordshire.
Our client is one of UK's leading specialist dry lining and monocouche rendering companies with its main focus in the UK commercial and residential housing market.
They have a requirement for an Intermediate level QS who can perform the following:-
Subcontract management from procurement to final account settlement
Cost control
Cash flow forecasting
Managing change control and cost association
Measurement and preparation of bill of quantities
Experience in drylining, plastering, rendering, partitioning and external facades is essential for candidates applying for this role.
