Seeking a Country Manager/Business Unit Head (MEP)
Position available for KSA and Qatar
Key Experiences
* Minimum 20+ years Experience in MEP and Project Management
* 4-5 years experience as a Country or Business Head
* Experience in JV partnership management and delivery of large scale projects
* Strong Business, Financial and Commercial skills
* Ability to manage multiple clients and cities within the region
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) (necessary)
* Business or Finance qualifications (desirable)
Key Deliverables
* To grow, develop and deliver the business targets laid down
* Manage relationships with JV Partners and clients
* be responsible for growth and profitability / P&L and have strategic inputs at all levels
* Must have strong operational management experience (internal staff and external clients) and with large scale design & build MEP projects,
* Have strong contacts within the MEP sector for the purpose of Business Development.
* Develop new business potential by Identifying, developing and pre-qualifying new customers
* Develop the management team and organizational capability inline with the companies strategic plan
