The group we represent are an established RC works contractor that have a history of delivery of RC works dating back to the 60's. The firm are an established player in the RC works sector and are firmly established in the top 8 firms nationwide that specialise in this market sector. They work for main commercial contractors and developers. The undertake bluechip works of significance.
Based on numerous recent awards the firm are actively seeking to recruit from industry 2 senior engineers capable of being a No.2 to a resident PM on significant RC works packages to 12m in value.
The role represents an opportunity to work for an established organisation that is going against the industry grain and is performing admirably well. The group have no serious debt and are in a very favourable position. There is a route to project management through embracing this opportunity in an evolved and respected business unit.
A demonstrated career in RC works is a prerequisite to consideration. Experience on major RC works projects is also required.
