Pre Construction and Planning Manager - Specialist Major RC works and Civils Contractor
The Group that we represent are a privately owned industry leader in major concrete and civil engineering works. They operate from a base in London throughout the UK. The Group has annualised turnover in the region of 150m pa. Contract values worked on are from 2m - 50m.
The Group are seeking to recruit a Senior Company Planner / Pre-Construction leader to work technically front end on projects hand in hand with clients where required. The role will be to value engineer, technically assist in consideration of best build ability process and to beyond this plan the works. You will also assist in all tender works. Ideally you will be capable with P3 / P6 software but also have the demonstrated technically abilities in major structural projects.
In terms of Group structure and positioning in the business this is a lead and core role. You will be one of the most important parts of the business and play a lead and central role in all business generation and client liaison.
