PM – leading to Contracts Manager – Civils and RC Works Contractor
The Company that I represent are a specialised civils contractor that carries out groundworks and concrete rc works projects from 1-10m in value. They have annualised turnover of circa 35m and have a full and secure order book for 2012-early 2014.
The Group are seeking to recruit a PM with strong technical and engineering skills to be groomed into a CM role. You will have a career of recognition in this side of industry. You will be able to demonstrate a real understanding of Groundworks and RC works. You will be capable of planning and design interface, you will have strong client interfacing skills and professional abilities to interact and communicate. You should be capable of demonstrating a commercial awareness of project costs also.
