The Group that we represent are an emerging and dominant force in the RC segment of Industry. They have just opened a new office to cover the midlands and Northern Region of the UK. Due to recent awards and success the Group have an immediate requirement for the following staff :
Senior RC Works PM for a 6m RC Sub and Superstructure Works Package Edinburgh
The individual will have a significant track record in driving through delivery on major rc works packages (sub and superstructure), will have defined client facing skills and be competent in all areas required to deliver a fast track program for a demanding client. Other works tendered in Scotland will mature and continuance of work regionally looks secure beyond a one year program.
Senior RC Works PM – Birmingham
Again a substantive package of RC Works and an accelerated program. The individual at hand must demonstrate real abilities in client management and be capable of driving a tight program to successful outcome. A career of significance in RC and a track record that demonstrates delivery of projects with values of in excess of 10m required.
For both roles it is important to recognise that the organisation at hand is a new major force in RC works that is extending its influence outside of the South East. They have traded in the South East corner for 30 plus years. The company financially is rock solid. They are investing heavily in extending their footprint and the long term opportunity here is exceptional.
