Senior Construction Manager - RC Works Manchester and North West
The firm that we represent are fast emerging as an Industry Leader in the formwork sector in the UK. The business has been trading in the top 6 RC works contractors nationwide for almost 5 years and is taking a clear and evolved step forward. They are industry leading in terms of Health and Safety, in investment in systems of formwork and design of same, in terms or resource allocated to projects and the significance of the management teams applied to same.
The Group have secured over 3 years work on 2 major projects in Manchester (11m frame – significant double basement) and a second major frame at 20m. They are seeking to recruit a determined and capable senior RC Works GF / Construction Manager that has worked in “the blue chip” sector of the RC works arena. They are after an industry leading GF that has worked on major projects with the UK leading blue chips.
The opportunity is to become a leading player in an emerging northern division of what is fast becoming a leading and dominant RC works business in the UK.
