The Group we represent are an established and significant Civil Engineering and RC works business with a demonstrated history of trade which goes back to the 1960’s. The Group have built an envious reputation in the time they have operated in general groundworks in the blue chip main contract arena.
The firm have recently (2008) started a civils side of the group for residential groundworks, which is stand alone, this side of the business is growing at a fantastic rate. The business is based in Kent.
The Group are seeking to recruit for this emerging part of the business a Senior QS who will undertake his own estimating duties and carry works from pricing through to final account negotiation. You must have a demonstrated career in the resi sector managing and pricing a portfolio of live works in groundworks and associated civils and RC sector.
