A nationally recognised developer is currently seeking a Project Engineer for a landmark rail based project in the south east of London.
The Project Engineer, reporting to the Project Manager, will ensure that all heavy civils aspects are completed to design and standard, mainly the completion of the station box, but also including all ground works, platform extensions / new builds, bridges, and aspects of tunnelling.
To be considered for this position, it is vital the Project Engineer has a solid background in heavy civil engineering and reinforced concrete works, ideally with a nationally recognised civil engineering contractor. It is preferable that some of this experience has been gained within a rail environment, again with a large, main contractor. An excellent knowledge of H&S regulations is also required.
