My client is an award winning Architect and national Architectural Engineering Consultancy with over 130 years experience across a wide range of disciplines. This enables my client to provide creative and cost effective solutions for new builds or refurbishments.
As modern Architects, Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, Quantity Surveyors in the UK, they work in partnership with their clients through the whole process to help turn their vision into practical reality.
Alongside my clients general practice they have particular expertise in Healthcare, Assisted Independent Living, Education, Industrial, Commercial, Leisure, Listed Buildings, Residential and Domestic.
The role as a Technician will be based in Hull and will be working on a range of projects to ensure a efficient and cost effective solution.
You will be a Structural Technician and have alot of experience in the use of Structural Revit packages. You will also be able to competently use AutoCAD alongside the Revit packages. It is important that you have these. You need to have the expertise to be able to complete projects quickly and efficiently to give the client a first class service.
You will be working on a range of projects in size and price, ranging from building structures to flour mills over the UK so from time to time you will be needed to go to site when needed.
The salary for the position is £27,000 - £37,000 plus benefits inc car
