Sustainability / BREEAM Consultant

Our client, a leading engineering and renewables consultancy has a fantastic position available for a Sustainability / BREEAM Consultant to join their Sustainability and Environmental team in St Albans.
Qualifications: In this instance candidates will ideally have a BSc /MSc (or equivalent) in a relevant environmental discipline. It is anticipated that the successful Sustainability Consultant will be a fully accredited BREEAM assessor in one or more schemes.
Location: St Albans
Experience: For this role it is anticipated that the successful Sustainability Consultant will have demonstrable experience in the management and deliverance of BREEAM assessments and the preparation of written reports for planning applications, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Duties:
- Managing and delivering BREEAM assessments
- Preparing high quality written reports
- Advising clients on all areas of sustainable design
- Undertaking planning policy reviews for for sustainability statements
- Liaising with clients, design teams and contractors
