Our client are a small but fast growing main contractor working across several sectors including private new build housing and shopfitting. with an ambitious managing director and a good order book they are now seeking an experienced site manager to join the Shopfitting arm of the company.
As site manager your initial job will be to supervise the fitout for a new highclass clothing store, project value will be around £400,000 & include new mezzanine floor, shopfront and full fitout. The project is part of a package of works and once complete there are 4 other identical fitouts for the same chain to follow.
Due to the nature of the project you will need to come from a shopfitting background and have a minimum of 5 years site management experience, trades background is preferred as project experience of £200 - 500k projects
With the company doing most of its work online and via bespoke computer software candidates will need to be extremely computer literate. Candidates will also need to hold 1st aid, cscs & SMSTS qualifications
This is an immediate need and available on a perm or temp to perm basis.
