Our client are a specialist civil's & structural Repairs company based in the east Kent Area, focussing on smaller projects of betweern 70 - 350k they have several divisions including Bridges (structures), Roads, Concrete repair, Marine & Joinery. Clients include both public and private sector bodies.
Due to an impending retirement they urgent seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team. As Qs you will be responsible for upto 10 projects across the kent and South east area. Due to the size and nature of the company you will need to be versatile and be capable of Estimating, business development and client liaison as well as the usual surveying duties.
Candidates will need to have a clear background with a civils contractor, ideally with structural repair experience.
The role is available on a permanent basis with a negotiable salary.
