An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join the Auckland team in a leadership capacity.
Key requirements in order to be considered for this role include holding a recognised tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years geotechnical engineering experience gained building up a project portfolio of expertise within the transportation and infrastructure sectors.Your proven ability to understand the ground model in all its complexity and your enthusiasm to seek innovative solutions to geotechnical problems within these sectors will be key to your success in this particular role.
As this is a role with management responsibilities, further to utilising your specialist technical design abilities on a day to day basis you will be responsible for both ensuring the profitability and growth of the division as well as the further development of the team under your command. More specifically this will include both business as well as client relationship development activities and mentoring, upskilling and growing the team. Previous experience in leading a team would be ideal.
