The BD/Marketing Manager will focus on winning new business. This is an exciting opportunity to join our management team and influence our marketing strategy. By building strong client relationships you will identify new business opportunities and maximise existing clients in order to achieve planned business growth and financial targets. You will also provide leadership to the BD/Marketing Team.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree/ diploma, experience in or understanding of civil engineering, knowledge of the construction market and understanding of its developments and trends. You will be able to work under your own initiative, be self motivated, determined, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and work well as part of a team.
