My client offers fantastic end to end business solutions both CRM / ERP, developed with small to mid-sized businesses in mind. The products can be available as an On-premise, On demand, Saas or as a Cloud based solution.
They are expanding in all areas of the business, and as a result they need to take on a pre-sales support person to assist in demonstrations and pre-sales consultancy.
Based in Kent , the office is very easy to get to by rail or car.
The Pre sales consultant really needs to have a high level of attention to detail, almost meticulous in their approach to preparation for demonstrations, also needs to be able to listen and adapt to a customer's requirements very quickly as you often get one chance to impress and you will be the main person representing the company.
Personality and intelligence are of upmost importance!
Pre-sales experience ERP / CRM or similar software provider
Working for an SME on an ERP implementation
Business Consultancy experience
Business acumen is needed, the Pre sales consultant needs to understand the processes and pain points within a business so that they can demo the benefits of the software.
The role to be 60% on the road and 40% office based although there may be an opportunity for the right candidate to do some consultancy for existing customers and implementation support.
My client works across the whole of the UK but most of the business is South East or Midlands.
Field travel will be about 20k miles per year
They are a Microsoft certified partners so all of the products are windows operating system based.
Salary would depend on experience and current earnings. Basic will range from 35-50k OTE: 50-80k
Other benefits are private health and 22 days holiday + 1 day per year or service up to 25.
Car allowance would be payable as well
Business Mileage at 25p per mile.
