My client is a leading firm of Interior Designers mainly doing work for the Hospitality Industry/Luxurious Shopping Malls is now seeking an Associate/Director level Retail Interior Designer to work predominately in Asian Shopping Mall sector work in their office in Singapore. My client is developing a retail arm to leverage on their strong Asian reputation to grow their retail offer. The position is based in Singapore with extensive Asian travel required. You will have the following skills; a demonstrable portfolio of the high profile retail malls along with some boutique retail offer. Client facing skills of the highest order; confident, articulate, and knowledgeable. You will have impeccable design skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team of designers/technicians in producing quality work and ambition and entrepreneurship to grow the business into a self-sustaining division of my client. You must have experience of Asian development and understanding of standards and challenges. High degree of technical knowledge and current retail practices. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not necessary
