My client are looking to recruit a Chartered Structural Engineer for their busy Salisbury office due to a increase in workload.

The ideal candidate will:

·Have over 10 years UK structural design experience.
·Have specific experience in the design of structural elements in both structural steelwork and reinforced concrete, to current design standards and working practices.
·Have excellent communication and presentation skills
·Have the Ability to manage and work within budget and programme, to control costs and manage change control.
·Be commercially aware with a flexible attitude to both the type of work undertaken and the level of responsibility given

You must be capable of running projects, liaising with clients and providing assistance/guidance to junior staff

The role offers the opportunity to work on a number of projects in a variety of sectors ranging from commercial and retails to educational and residential.

The client are also looking for someone who is extremely motivated and career driven as the company is currently experiencing a lot of growth and as a result they are looking to recruit individuals with the desire to grow and progress within the company.
