About the Company: With a company history spanning over 50 years, our client is today one of the fastest growing Land Regeneration, Construction and Rail Contractors in the UK. Operating from their Head Office near Heathrow, the Company offers a versatile and capable Civil Engineering, Remediation and Building service to a variety of Public and Private Clients across most of England and Wales.
About the Role: My Client is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Civils Planner. This individual will be responsible for producing fully resourced programmes for tenders for a wide range of Civil Engineering projects currently in the pipeline. They will also assist in supporting the current live projects through monitoring progress and identifying necessary change. The Senior Planner will be required to visit live sites, work alongside the Project Managers in updating programmes, manage the client and supplier relationship effectively and ensure that the work planned is efficient and productive.
About the Requirement: The Successful Senior Planner will be degree qualified or have a relevant engineering qualification, will have previous experience of large-scale project planning within Civil Engineering; will have a competent understanding of how programmes are developed and altered for bespoke clients and will be well versed with a variety of programming software including Primavera and Microsoft Project.
