Working for this highly successful Surrey based Development Consultancy, you will be handling inception to completion responsibilities for a range of projects with a particular bias towards high-end residential.
As a leading consultancy firm, this organisation pride themselves on the quality of their service, product and designs. Headed up by an established and Qualified Architect, their service spreads across land acquisition, development, planning, design and construction. This role will be a pivotal position within a newly established team who will be responsible for executing all design and technical responsibilities for the full scope of project workload.
Projects are varied and cover high-end residential new build, extension and conversion as well as large-scale mixed-use developments and masterplanning encompassing residential, sheltered housing, leisure, healthcare, commercial, spas and sports facilities.
As an experienced Architect you will be RIBA Part III Qualified and adept at managing the whole project lifecycle. As well as proficient CAD production and technical understanding, you will have a demonstrable background handling all aspects of project running. This includes client liaison and management, contract administration, handling Planning and Local Authority liaison, tender processes, building control and site supervision.
Your recent UK project background needs to demonstrate a residential project bias, ideally with involvement in large-scale mixed-use developments as well. AutoCAD proficiency is a pre-requisite to this position.
