Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor - Retail consultancy - London
Our client is an expanding medium sized Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy. After expanding last year are looking to further develop their team with the addition of a good Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manger. The position will be based in their central London office and will develop through into a senior level role.
Due to their size they have a reputation for an excellent working environment and relationship with their clients. Their project focus is within the retail, commercial and high end residential sector and their are involved with the clients from initial development appraisals and acquisition through to project completion. Projects are generally within London for high profile clients and are valued between £2 million and £30 million both new build and refurbishments.
Remuneration:
£35,000 - £40,000 + Car allowance + Benefits
Requirements:
- MRICS or appropriate accreditation
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or related subject
- Consultancy / PQS background
- Good experience in retail, residential and office refurb and fit-out projects
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
