My client are an established medium sized developer based in the Greater Bromley area, carrying out a mixture of Social housing and private schemes sites range in value from £2 - 10 million and range from £million single units to 45 unit apartment blocks.
Due to a recent retirement they now urgently seek an experienced Materials buyer to join the commercial team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the materials procurement on all live sites (currently 8) reporting directly to the commercial manager.
Candidates must have a clear buying background with a developer or house building main contractor and have a minimum of 5 years previous experience. This is a permanent role and as such Candidates must also have a stable career history and be committed to working long term in the greater Bromley area.
