An electrical engineer is required for a senior auditing position within a local authority in London.
You will be the authorised person overseeing electrical installation and maintenance projects within the organisations commercial property team. It is essential, therefore, that you have had similar experience working within the public sector and on managing projects on commercial buildings.
The successful candidate will hold up to date electrical or building services qualifications (17th edition and 2391 or HNC/HND) and be a successful auditor, able to identify and write reports on electrical defects, have significant experience managing contractors and end users. It is essential that you hold up to date electrical compliance knowledge.
Finally, you must have experience working with various forms of contract used by the public sector.
This role is initially for 3 months with a view to being extended until the end of April.
