Quantity Surveyor- Fit Out (Hotels) – West London
About the client: The client I represent is a small fit-out company which operates out of west London (Ealing). They are a family run firm which turns over roughly £4m per annum, and is a leader within their niche market of high spec London hotel fit-outs. They have a very strong business with a number of high profile hotel chains working with them, and also a number of independent hotels using them.
About the role: The client I represent is now seeking a quantity surveyor to come on board and run their Central London Hotel projects. This will free up the MD of the company to grow the business.
About the person: You will be a degree qualified quantity surveyor with knowledge of pricing jobs and a very client facing demeanour. You will ideally have 5 star hotel experience, and will need to be driven and a strong personality.
