My client are a muliti-discilplinary contractor who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for a Response Maintenance contract to run and support the commercial aspects of the project, as well as supporting the management of the project works that include, Responsive Repairs, Voids and Legal Disrepair in both non-housing and housing buildings, including major works.
The client is seeking to take on a degree qualified, highly driven and determined Quantity Surveyor. The candidate will be highly experienced in Response Maintenance and has worked on major schemes in the UK, with a recognised contractor and has shown good levels of loyalty to their employers.
Salary £40,000 + Package
