Our client, a leading energy and sustainability consultancy has a fantastic opportunity for an Energy Consultant / SAP Assessor to join their growing team in Southampton. Within the role you will predominantly be working on large scale housing developments for well respected clients.

Qualifications: Ideally candidates will be educated to degree level in a relevant environmental / engineering discipline and will be a fully accredited On Construction SAP Assessor.

Location: Southampton commutable from Basingstoke, Sailsbury, Portsmouth

Experience: For this role candidates are sought with demonstrable experience in undertaking SAP assessments for construction/new build projects. Applicants who also have experience of preparing energy reports and delivering code for sustainable homes assessments will be at an advantage.

Duties:
- Undertaking SAP assessments
- Preparing high quality written energy reports
- Delivering expert sustainable design advice to clients
- Assisting with code for sustainable homes assessments
- Liaising with clients
- Managing projects
