Contract / Operations Manager London & Home Counties
£60,000 - £75,000 plus package
We are looking for a capable and experienced Contracts / Operations Manager to join this well respected retail fit-out contractor specialising in refurbs, refreshes of leading high street branded retail department stores.
Responsible to Managing Director for liaison and day to day contact with large national retail client
-Maintain overall contact with the client and agree long term workload and staffing requirements
-Attend all scheme briefing meetings
-Obtain clear view of scheme, timescale and cost
-Review all pre start activities required
-Liaise with design team
-Prepare high level costings
-Prepare draft programme and Phasing
-Brief sub contractors
-Agree detailed scope and brief construction team
-Agree detailed tender with Client Quantity surveyor
-Hand over clear brief and scope to Construction Manager
-Record and agree all additional works
-Agree final accounts
Applicants must be professionally qualified with RICS, CIOB or ICE and have experience of working in a fast changing retail environment.
