Our client is busy local authority property and estates department, dedicated to the improvement and upkeep of a diverse range of building stock.
With a number of important refurbishment schemes currently underway, a Mechanical Design Engineer is required to assist the M&E Design team. Responsibilities include full HVAC detailed design, surveying, site inspection and contractor supervision.
The successful candidates will be an experienced Design Engineer able to work unsupervised managing their own time and projects. You must be fully conversant with both HevaComp and AutoCAD and have access to a suitable vehicle during working hours to attend site meetings when required
