My client is looking for a technical manager to develop plans, specifications and other information for the construction of bespoke residential properties for clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing all information to necessary parties, including, colleagues, contractors and clients. Key duties will include; liaising with consultants, develop specifications to budget and monitor project progress.
Candidates applying must have a good technical building background and be competent in providing technical support. Candidates will also have proficient computer skills.
