We ar currently working for a national client looking to take on a Technical Cost Manager who is experienced in researching costings and advising on Design solutions particularity for Mechanical and Electrical specifications to take in to account, analysing and comparing all elements of costs including capital cost, life cycle costs, energy consumption and ongoing maintenance cost. Requiring education/ qualifications to a level of NVQ 4, Degree, HND or equivalent experience.
