Ecological Consultant - London/Hampshire - Sustainability related
My client is a leading consultancy within the UK, with offices throughout the country and Europe. They are looking to expand the team with an Ecological Consultant to be based in either the London or Hampshire office.
The ideal Ecological Consultant will have at least 2 years experience carrying out ecological surveys on a range of habitat types, with a desire to broaden your experience into the sustainability sector. You will have specific experience of Phase 1 habitat surveys and ideally hold at least 1 protected species licence.
As an Ecological Consultant you will be responsible for liaising with a number of clients, architects and planners on a range of projects. You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team and will sometimes be expected to work individually as well. Duties will include carrying out desk top and field surveys as part of Environmental Impact assessments and BREEAM assessments.
