The Company
Our client is a rapidly expanding Global Managed Services company; they provide a range of Building Services Maintenance Solutions which incorporate Fire, Security, HVAC and M&E services and have a number of prestigious contracts in financial/commercial blue chip sector. Our client is recruiting for a Project Manager based in or around London.
The Role
The purpose and remit of the Project Manager role:-
* Delivery of a number of projects in the M&E arena.
* Working on Projects from inception to completion for example, taking client enquiry/suggestion, specifying and designing solution (there is a design team to help you), producing pricing and proposal and ROI case, liaising with client and taking order for project and ensuring delivery of project via the companies employees and subcontractors.
* Ensure that project milestones and objectives are achieved and projects delivered on time and within budget.
* Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client, Line management responsibility for a project team and indirectly for sub-contractors plus financial responsibility for the delivery of the Project/s.
The Candidate
The Project Manager experience and qualifications required:-
* Experienced at a senior level and have delivered projects in excess of £1 million pounds and ability to create value engineering ROI (Return on Investment) cases and position those to clients.
* Ideally over 3 years experience in a Project Management role in the M&E or Hard Services Arena in a critical engineering environment with an excellent understanding of UPS and back-up generators for datacentre and critical environments you will ideally have a contracting background and experience working in the Banking and financial industries.
* Good communication and man management skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Team player, as they will work closely with the companies Contract Managers and Design team including sub-contractors to design solutions.
* Commercially aware, reliable and IT literate with skills covering MS Project, Word and Excel

In return this Project Manager will receive an excellent remuneration package including £50k - £55k salary plus 10% bonus, car allowance, company pension scheme 25 days holiday and additionally due to company expansion the company offers genuine and excellent career progression opportunities.
