The infrastructure industry is slowly starting to find its feet and no more so than in rail. Maintenance and upgrade of new and existing rail services has triggered the need for specialists in their field. As part of this growth new divisions are being created and as such there is a specific need for a S&T Rail Manager to join and grow the team.

Sitting within the rail division the S&T business will be responsible for its own development but with the support of the larger group. The new manager will be heavily involved in the development of this relatively new business within the NZ rail network. You will have solid experience of the S&T rail sector, most likely in theUKorEuropeand will be keen to use that experience in building new business.

Successful candidates will possess some if not all of the following attributes;

  • A proven track record within the S&T Rail sector
  • Business development and client facing experience
  • Experience of bidding for and winning work
  • Experience of planning and organising staff and projects
  • Good man management and a great sense of humour
