* To review architectural, structural drawings and specifications and prepare concept design based on project/client requirements
* Provide value engineering option according to business strategy.
* Coordinate with Structural Department to review structural adequacy of concept design and finalise aluminium members, glass, bracket etc. as per specifications or to relevant specification as per industry practice in the absence of specifications from client.
* Coordinate with Structural Department/client representative to do structural analysis for main and support steel structure as per specification.
* Prepare compliance statements, technical submittal and presentation as per tender submittal conditions.
* Prepare design drawings and arranging testing method statement for performance testing.
* Attending design/coordination meetings, as well as preparing notes for records and pass information to the team.
* To improve the quality, productivity and accuracy of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders and materials.
Salary package AED 11,500 to 17,000/month
