Web Developer: PHP/MySQL Programmer required for independent Website Design and Web database consultancy.  As a Web Programmer / Developer
(PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS), you will join their team based in their superb offices located in an idyllic rural location, commutable from Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham and
Gloucester.

All their work is carried out in-house and they have an enthusiastic, professional team.  You will be involved in range of projects including developing web applications and websites for range of customers across multiple industries.

They are looking for individuals who have relevant experience, ideally working in web-development environment, preferably in small company managing their own projects and clients.

They operate in a unique creative and commercial environment, with competent project management, creative flair and outstanding customer skills.

This role is a senior role and you will be involved in supporting development of business.  They pride themselves in balancing a great environment to work (including social
events) with professional environment where all employees can thrive.

Candidate Requirements:

You must have excellent communication and customer management skills, and be able to demonstrate experience in pre-sales work, proposal writing and winning fee-paying work.

Along with programming or developing experience, you should have solid understanding of - PHP / MySQL / HTML / CSS / Web standards / SEO

They will also need understanding of relational databases and ability to write clear, clean code.

Although not essential, knowledge of any of following would be beneficial: JavaScript, AJAX, and/or experience of LAMP administration.
