Boral Asphalt is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected road surfacing and maintenance companies. We have a number of opportunities across the country in capital cities including Sydney, Brisbane and Perth and also regionally in Queensland.
We are seeking motivated and capable senior Asphalt professionals who posses various levels of industry knowledge and experience including:
- Project Managers
- Project Engineers
- Operations Managers
- Contracting Managers/Supervisors.
To be considered for these roles, you will have a strong safety record and a genuine interest in the day-to-day management and challenges common to the Asphalt industry including production targets, safety records, quality control, profitability and customer liaison.
Preferably you will possess:
§ Strong safety focus;
§ Experience in a similar senior position;
§ An undergraduate degree in a related discipline;
§ Strong business acumen;
§ Proven production management record;
§ Excellent people management skills;
§ Strong communication and organisational skills;
§ Meet Australian Working Visa Requirements (we will facilitate this process).
Interviews will be conducted in the United Kingdom in July by Boral representatives.
