THE COMPANY
A medium sized M&E Contractor, servicing the commercial sector on a national basis. The focus is Mechanical installation and air conditioning, with an electrical and service/maintenance division.
THE ROLE
The role of Project Engineer/Manager is to oversee multiple HVAC install projects, taking the contract from the estimating team through to client handover. This will include procurement of materials and sub-contractors, preperation of client files, managing the site works through a programme, health and safety, cost control whilst liaising with your client to ensure the schemes are delivered on time and to budget.
THE PERSON
Ideally you will be an experienced Building Services engineer, with a proven track record of delivering mechanical projects and a strong knowledge of air conditioning specifically.
You will need to be flexible to cover the whole of the UK.
LOCATION
From a base in the Birmingham/Warwickshire area, you will ideally be within a commutable distance of the office and be prepared to visit your sites around the UK during your working week.
PACKAGE
A competitive salary in the c£35k+ bracket, with car and expenses. Pension and Healthcare to be available after an agreed period.
