About the Client: My client is a quality house-builder developing sites across the North West, ranging from standard housing to one-off executive homes to some refurbishment work. They have a robust pipeline of schemes and are keen to recruit a high calibre Site Manager.
About the Role: You will be responsible for managing a housing development site, leading the build process from “the first peg in the ground to handover of the keys to the purchaser.” You will manage an onsite team of FLT driver and labourer plus all subcontract labour. Adhering to programme you will ensure that the quality of build is second-to-none, presentation is superb and you have full control of your sub-contractors.
What we’re looking for: You are an experienced Site Manager keen to move into a business that puts “quality” before volume. You can demonstrate a track record of achievement within the residential build discipline and have a real passion for producing a quality product. You are creative and can get the best from a subcontractor base. My client is keen to appoint an individual who sees this as a career move and wants to join a business where they can spend long time.
About the Offer: Basic to £50,000 + Bonus + Car + Package
