EIA Consultant - London - £25,000 - £35,000
A highly successful Multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental consultancy with a leading environmental division is currently seeking an established EIA consultant to be based in London.
The EIA consultant will join a leading EIA team and will be responsible for a number of projects within regeneration, residential and waste sectors. You will be responsible for large scale masterplans, leisure and heritage-based redevelopment and will undertake the following:
*Co-ordination of EIA projects
*Preparation of Environmental Statements
*Client liaison
The successful EIA Consultant will have a number of years' experience in EIA co-ordination / project management. You will be confident technically; having detailed understanding of EIA, best practice guidelines, planning processes and assessment methods. Experience working within the property market would be an added bonus.
Qualifications- appropriate degree (IEMA membership)
