High profile Quality Management role with Global Market Leader
A wholly owned subsidiary of a global high technology services organisation, our client is a recognised market leader that possesses an enviable range of advanced manufacturing and installation practices within its product portfolio. Proud of its close association with a large number of the worlds most iconic civil engineering projects, their international standing for reliability, safety and environmental efficiency, combined with a reputation for being at the forefront of technology innovation, has led to them being recognised as a trusted business partner across a wide range of high-profile corporate and residential applications.
Having recently been awarded sole supplier status on a highly prestigious UK based contract, our client is seeking to engage a dedicated senior team of high calibre professionals who will be responsible for all areas of project planning, quality, production and delivery. Reporting to the Project Director, as Quality Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing the quality parameters and targets within the project plan. You will ensure that all managers and project stakeholders fulfil their part in the quality management system, operating as a conduit between different disciplines with regard to quality procedures, whilst at the same time maintaining a constant awareness of project status and profitability. In addition, you will utilise your technical skills with the production of management system reports, collating and analysing performance data against defined parameters in order to ensure successful project delivery.
Degree qualified within an engineering, business or technical discipline, and preferably ASQ and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certified, you will possess in-depth experience in the implementation and improvement of quality management and data systems, ideally gained within building services or a related sector with challenging and time constrained high value projects. With outstanding communication skills and an ability to successfully interact across all levels of the project hierarchy, you will have a good working knowledge of FMEA and RRCA procedures, with additional audit experience being viewed as advantageous. Of high importance will be your passion for ensuring that quality standards and process are upheld throughout the duration of the project; this ultimately leading to successful programme completion.
