My client is an extremely well established and respected hi -spec residential house builder. They develop across the South East of England and are currently looking for an experienced contracts manager to oversee a number of their projects. All projects are valued in excess of £1.2 million, and have a number of well known sports people and celebrities amongst their portfolio.
As well as reporting to the director on the progress and overall running of each site you will be an integral part of the company's success. The company has a full order book, and has clear goals set for the future, making this an ideal opportunity for a driven, dynamic candidate to succeed.
Ideally they will be looking for a contracts manager to cover Berkshire and the surrounding counties so location of where you live/ are based will be very important as well as being able to display track record of previous experience in the role with another hi - spec house builder.
