In order to be considered for this position you will need to be a degree qualified Civil Engineer coupled with at least 15 years postgraduate geotechnical experience gained within a consulting environment and hold Chartered status. Practical seismic experience would also be a definite advantage.
Aside from your excellent technical skills, you will be client focused with a natural ability to form and build lasting relationships and be a commercially astute operator with the ability to identify and seek out further business opportunities and the confidence to secure it.
As this is a senior level position, it is envisaged that you will come from a similar background, and therefore be a confident and experienced manager with the ability to both lead and mentor other members of the team, and assist them with their professional development.
