This position will require the successful candidate to work across a number of commercial and residential projects on internal fit-outs. Applicants will have a strong background of working for a major contracting company on a number of projects concurrently. You will focus on projects within theChristchurcharea working on the rebuild with Project Managers and other members of the construction team.
Duties will include man management on a variety of projects and you will have a track record of running a successful site. Your construction experience will be invaluable and you will ideally have some specific experience in the field of commercial or industrial projects. You will also be comfortable working on projects of $10m or more in value.
