Building Project Planner - Devon - Up to c£50,000 + Excellent Benefits
Cobalt Recruitment is working with a national building contractor who is looking to hire an experienced Building Planner into the team in Devon.
The successful individual will be responsible for both tender planning and carrying out site visits on projects across the South West.
Projects are predominantly commercial works, including working with local authorities, education buildings, office blocks and health care buildings. Project values typically ranging from £1m up to £25m.
The Person:
- Educated to degree or HND level
- Construction/Building experience (with a main contractor)
- Previous construction site experience
- Previous construction tender planning experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of the Asta Powerproject planning software
