The firm that we represent are an evolving Rail and Civils / Projects Contractor that has over a 7 year span become a core supplier of specialist contract works in the LUL arena. The firm are a sub division of a privately held international group of contracting businesses that have annualised turnover of circa 200m pa. This young and aspirational part of the Group has full group backing and has evolved in a fantastic way through a difficult climate.
The Group are seeking to recruit a hands on Safety Manager or Senior Safety Advisor that has rail experience and preferable LUL experience. They expect the individual to lead in a hands on way the implementation of Critical Safety Procedures and to build a Safety Team around them that has a culture of integration with the work front and a can do high output working ability.
