The company
This exciting Health and Safety Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s leading construction companies. They predominately work on major new build commercial schemes on a project/construction management basis with values from £50 – £500m. They have been involved with several of the most well known and prestigious projects in London and the Southeast and are now commencing several new developments.
The Person
For this position we are looking for experience working on major construction projects as a Health and Safety Manager or Health and Safety Advisor. You will need a practical yet proactive approach to Health and Safety management and have the necessary communication skills to be able to ensure that a responsible site based approach to health and safety is achieved. You will hold a formal recognised Health and Safety qualification such as a NEBOSH Certificate and being a member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) at Technician Member (or above) would be an advantage. .
