SSA are recruiting on behalf of an Irish Main Contractor who has looking to bring in experienced Site Engineering and Project Management Staff to major projects commencing in West Africa in the coming months.
Due to a major building project to build a high rise RC framed structure from groundworks through to finishes they require the following staff
Project Manager (Building)
The ideal candidate would have gained experience on large commercial or apartment developments in Ireland or the UK with either a Main Contractor or Developer
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the management of large RC Framed construction through to fitout and handover.
Prior major Hotel , Office or Apartment Development experience is required with the ability to plan and control the major work elements incl groundwork’s, RC frame, M&E and Fitout phases.
The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified to Diploma / degree level with a minimum of 5 years track record in delivering medium medium to large scale projects.
This is an exciting role for ambitious Project Managers who have the drive and determination to work in an international project environment.
